Payments
- Upfront Payment Required
All projects are 100% prepaid at booking. This secures your spot in my schedule and allows me to begin working right away. - Secure Checkout
Payments are processed through the payment platform “Stripe” via payment links provided to you after full deliverables and timelines are agreed upon. The payment platform keep your information safe and provide full transaction receipts. - Flat-Rate Pricing
Each service is priced as a flat rate so you know your investment from the start with no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Projects can be rescheduled if you need to adjust your timeline.
- If work hasn’t started within 7 days of payment, you are able to request a full refund. Please note, in most cases, work will begin in 1-2 days after payment is made.
- Once a project is in progress, refunds are not available. However, I’m committed to ensuring the agreed scope of work is delivered.
Scope of Work
Each project will include a clear description of deliverables and timeframe before payment. If additional requests come up, a separate quote will be provided for those items so there’s never any confusion.
Professional Standards
Paying upfront is a standard practice in the marketing industry (and works in the same way platforms like Fiverr or Upwork operate). It keeps the process smooth, protects both parties, and ensures we can get right to work without delays.
